Spinsters of San Francisco Membership Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of Spinsters of San Francisco!

Our prospective membership events typically begin in early spring (March) and conclude in early summer (June). Membership events provide an opportunity for prospective members to learn more about Spinsters of San Francisco, along with a chance to meet the current members.

We also hold many events throughout the year which are open to the public. For example, we hold events such as fundraisers for our charity, cocktail parties or group happy hours. Requirements for membership consideration include the following:

•    Must have lived in the Bay-area for at least full one year
•    Must be between the ages of 21-35
•    Must never have been married
•    Must be a college graduate
•    Must have a sponsor*

*Following a long tradition, we require all prospective members to have a sponsor. All membership applications are equally considered. If you do not currently have a sponsor, there will be several events where you will have the opportunity to be matched with an active member who will become your sponsor
